Hi everyone, it's Ron Parpara with Oakwyn Realty Downtown. Lockboxes allow a seller's realtor be absent from a showing to show the property to as many people as possible, but is that good for the client? Here are my thoughts and why I don't think they should be used unless absolutely necessary as they good backup option if the listing agent isn’t available at that time, or if the buyer's agent prefers to have a fully private showing.
