This list may not reflect the buildings that are currently changing OR have recently changed their short-term rental bylaws. To ensure that the building still allows rentals, please allow us to double-check the building bylaws and strata council minutes before you make a purchase.

The City of Vancouver defines short-term rentals as rentals under 30 days. The City of Vancouver bylaws MUST be followed and it is important to understand these bylaws before entering into any property agreement. Strata bylaws, which govern the allowance of rentals, can also be voted on and changed abruptly.

Short-term rentals are allowed in B.C. - depending on where you’re located. Certain towns in BC have tighter restrictions than others - here in Vancouver it is allowed, although you must abide by the bylaws set out by the city
