We currently accept contributions that follow our guest post guidelines.

Guest Posts

Guest posts are a great way to bring awareness to your writing and develop yourself as a writer. However, not all guest posts are created equal.

We only publish guest articles that we believe in, and ones that will bring real value to our readers!

Some of the Topics We Cover:

As a real estate website, we focus on topics surrounding real estate, ideally targeted towards buyers and sellers. Here are some examples of acceptable topics:

• Common Real Estate Questions (In-Depth Answers!)
• How-Tos
• Buying Advice
• Selling Advice
• Local Real Estate Market Trends (Greater Vancouver-based)
• Breaking News/Industry News
• Tips & Tricks
• Listicles
• Any Other Real Estate Articles & Content

Having Trouble Choosing a Topic?

We can provide you with a list of topics that we’re looking to have written.

Our Guest Post Guidelines:

We have strict guidelines you must follow if your submission to us is going to be approved and published. Please review all of our guidelines before you submit any content to us.

Overall Guidelines:

• Must be Completely Unique, with no other similar articles on the web (If we detect plagiarism or duplicate content, you will not be allowed to submit to us again. — No re-written, or recycled content!)
• You must provide a Google Docs link
• Perfect English (Too many grammatical, sentence, or wording issues will result in an instant rejection.)
• Use Headers (H1, H2, H3 tags)
• 1500+ words
• Featured Image (1200 x 628 pixels) — Image must be licensed, or custom
• Include Author Name, Biography, and Headshot along with the article.

Article Guidelines:

• Add 3+ links to authoritative sources that support your article.
• We allow one do-follow link within the article body. **
• Have a target keyword for your piece.
• Provide sources of all media included within the article. (Images, infographics, etc.)

Bonus Guidelines:

• Add “People Also Ask” questions and answers for your target keyword.
• Include Custom Infographics, tables, and/or images. (Stock images must be licensed!)

Submissions that do not follow these guidelines will be rejected, and you may not hear from us.

** Our preferred contextual link is a quote or comment within the article. For example:

1. “This year has been great for the real estate market” noted John Rebel, CEO at Johnrebel.com, “we’re seeing a massive amount of new home buyers.”
2. “This year has been great for the real estate market” noted John Rebel, CEO of Johnrebel.com, a real estate company in Toronto, “we’re seeing a massive amount of new home buyers.”

What To Expect When Your Article is Approved:

1. Once your guest post submission has been reviewed by our editorial staff, and approved, you will receive an email from us notifying you of the approval
2. Your article is then added to our publication queue, which can take up to 10 business days.
3. When your guest post is finally published, we will send you a confirmation, along with the link and date.

We encourage you to share the article amongst your channels, including linking to it in your future guest posts, and social media posts.

Turn-Around-Time (TAT)

Although we may respond to your submission quickly, you should expect a response within 5-10 business days, before you assume we haven’t accepted your submission.

If we accept your submission we will contact you immediately, and let you know that it has been added to the publication queue.

The time to publish the article could vary depending on the number of submissions, but you can expect no more than 10 business days.

If after 10 business, you have not heard about your article being published, please reach out to editor.ronparpara@gmail.com to ask about the status of your submission.
