Finished the home inspection and we have a subject removal with a client tonight so we're going to do a full service here delivery here getting them getting them dinner so you know you always have to keep you client happy and whatever it takes you have to make it happen as a realtor.

Apparently mcdonald has donuts. I didn't know that they had donuts but that's it's like they're competing with Tim Hortons now.
For the inspection, well there's a couple things as most inspections do have a few points that need to be discussed and the owners need to be aware of potential costs. Every house will always have things that need to be taken care of, but this house was very well maintained.
It's been raining non-stop and the you know roof was completely dry with no mold. It's a 30 year old house so it was reassuring. The exterior is vinyl and really for you know for the the age of the house it was in good condition.
Piping was was a concern but overall the you know the new buyers are happy.
