About Oakridge

Stretching from Granville Street to Ontario Street between West 41st and 57th Avenues, Oakridge is a residential oasis in the heart of Vancouver. Until the 1950s, the area was just a forest and railway land. It was one of the areas that started developing last in Vancouver, so there was plenty of space to built single-family homes on large lots. 

Today, Oakridge is a bustling area that constantly evolves. It’s home to many cultural activities, festivals, shopping opportunities, and several parks and ample green spaces. The combination of idyllic, tree-lined streets and a safe community that is steps away from the downtown core make it a desirable home base for many eager homebuyers. 

As one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Vancouver, Oakridge has some of the most spectacular large mansions and spacious lots very few are lucky to own. Single-family detached homes are not often listed on the market, but those that are usually come with a price tag of $2.7 million on average.
